What is included in my delivery fee? 

Travel, drop off, full set up and explanation of use, air blowers (inflatables). 

 

What do I need to have prepped and available upon arrival of Bubbly Girls? 

First and more importantly - a signed rental agreement. We provide up to 50 feet of chord. An outlet within reach or a sufficient power source is renter's responsibility. 

A clear parking area, delivery path and set up space. Please make us aware prior of any obstacles or difficulties we should be prepared for. (hills, stairs, distant parking) 

Please keep all pets indoors while Bubbly Girls employees are on the property. 

Party host or another authorized person should be present upon delivery and pick up.

What type of parties and events do you provide for? 

Children's birthdays, bridal and baby showers, daycare and school events, summer camps and more.

How far do you travel? 

Up to 30 mi from Dover Plains, NY. Travel and delivery fees will apply.

Are you insured? 

We sure are! Documentation available for clients and locations that require it.

What if there is bad weather the day of our event? 

This is a bummer for everyone, but it does happen. 

We will have our eyes on the weather the days leading up to your event and be in touch. Bubbly Girls holds the right to cancel rentals at their discretion regarding inclement weather. We will ALWAYS do our best to work around these obstacles by offering your rental on a rescheduled date should it be available or offering your deposit to be used as a credit for a later date.

What forms of payment do you accept and when is payment due? 

We accept cash, Venmo and all major cards. 

A 50% non refundable rental deposit is due at the time of booking. This confirms your rental and secures your unit for that date. Deposits are taken by card. 

Your balance will be due the day of delivery, before set up proceeds. Balances can be paid by cash, Venmo or card. 

All travel and delivery fees are added to your rental total.
